Organisationsentwicklung und multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit im Kinderbildungshaus – eine systemische Perspektive

Deutschlandweit sind in den letzten Jahren Bildungshäuser entstanden, die sich eine intensivierte Kooperation zwischen Kindertageseinrichtung und Grundschule zum Ziel gesetzt haben. Dabei konnte die multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit von Erzieher/innen, Grundschullehrkräften und Schulsozialarbeit als hoch relevante Gelingensbedingung für die Realisierung von Anschlussfähigkeit identifiziert werden. Vor dem Hintergrund der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung des Paderborner Modellprojektes „Kinderbildungshaus“ wird in diesem Artikel eine systemtheoretische Analyse der organisationalen Entwicklungsprozesse vorgenommen. Abschließend wird diskutiert, welchen Beitrag dieser Erklärungsansatz zur (noch weitestgehend ausstehenden) theoretischen Fundierung von Bildungshäusern leisten kann.

Abstract

In recent years, numerous educational centers, aimed at coordinating cooperation between pre- and primary school, have appeared all across Germany. Multi-professional teamwork between preschool and primary school teachers as well as school social workers has been key to achieve compatibility between both educational systems. This article will provide a theoretical framework based on scientific monitoring and evaluation of the pilot project “Paderborner Kinderbildungshaus” to analyze the organizational development process. Finally, conclusions will be drawn on how this theoretical framework contributes to the overall research on children’s educational centers.
